From Interstate 40
East of Chapel Hill, take Exit 273 A (Chapel Hill & Hwy 54 West).
Move into the left lane.
Turn left onto Farrington Road (Between Hardee’s and Shell station).
Go approximately 2 miles; turn left onto Farrington Mill Road.
Go approximately 4 miles to the stop sign, then turn right onto Mt. Carmel Church Road.
Approximately 1.2 miles ahead, turn left at the traffic signal (Governors Drive) through the stone and ironwork gate that is the entrance to Governors Club.
From US 15-501
Just south of Chapel Hill at the southern junction of US 15-501 and the 15-501 Bypass
Turn south onto Mt. Carmel Church Rd.
Go approximately 3 miles.
Turn right at the traffic signal (Governors Drive), and enter through the stone and ironwork gate that is the entrance to Governors Club.
From Highway 64
Just east of Jordan Lake in Chatham County, turn North at the traffic signal onto Farrington Rd. (Farrington Road will take you all the way to Governors Club, crossing 2 sections of Jordan Lake. Farrington Road becomes Mt. Carmel Church Road at the intersection of Farrington Mill Road, about 1.2 miles South of the Club entrance.)
Turn left at the traffic signal (Governors Drive) through the stone and ironwork gate that is the entrance to Governors Club.
The guard at the security gate will give you further directions to the Clubhouse.
