Fresh Artichoke hearts crusted with Parmesan breading and golden fried
Mini lump crab cakes enhanced with Chipolte Aioli
Crisp Croustinis with smoked salmon and Dilled Cream Cheese
Bite Size Brie Cheese, baked and served warm with a touch or Raspberry puree
 

The Dinner

Appetizer
Fresh Diver Scallop bronzed in cilantro olive oil; garnished with crisp-fried leeks.

 Salad
Gourmet baby greens tossed with tart apples, sweet peppers, Roquefort cheese, and crisp candied walnuts.  Dressed with aged balsamic vinaigrette and crisp Parmesan gaufrette.

 Intermezzo
A palate cleanser of Frozen Lemon Sorbet served in a fresh lemon

 Main Course
Roasted tenderloin of Sterling Silver beef; prepared to perfection, gently sliced, and served atop horseradish infused smashed potatoes. Crowned with Grilled Jumbo marinated Shrimp, and presented with an array of julienne vegetables.

Dessert
A slice of your wedding cake served with a chocolate covered strawberry
