Our wedding was in May of 2010. We considered a number of different settings and could not be happer we chose Governors Club for both our ceremony and reception. Lisa Johnson, Director of Catering and Special Events, was there to look after all of our needs every step of the way (she even went above and beyond to find a Band-Aid for the groom when his new shoes caused a blister) Their flexibility allowed us to have our beautiful outdoor wedding, despite the threat of rain. The food and service were tremendous and many of our guests commented on how wonderful everything was. Overall, we felt that the staff were focused and devoted to making our event a success.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with Governor's Club! We had both our Ceremony and Reception at the Club. The club coordinator, Lisa Johnson, went above and beyond our expectations. The Club offers a great view of the golf course and we were able to get some wonderful pictures of the wedding party. We are still getting calls from our friends and family to tell us what an elegant and beautiful wedding we had. The food was delicious and the wine selection was to die for. I would definitely recommend this venue to any bride who wants a beautiful and elegant wedding without the headache!
